I am creating a healthcare provider directory. I need an index in the back of the directory (report) which I have created using instructions from the Crystal Decisions Web-Site (Article ID: c2011953). However, the index all prints in one column and is sorted by page number. I need the index to be multi-columns and sorted by name instead. The index appears in the report footer. Is there any way to do what I am wanting? I sincerely appreciate any help anyone can give me. I've been struggling with this one for a while.
