Creating an image scroller without javascript

Hi;

I am trying to get a template together for a friend of mine who sells on ebay. She uses several large images and wants clickable or hoverable thumbnails that will change the large image near the thumbnails. I have done this with Javascript several times in the past but ebay doesn't allow javascript. Does anyone have or can point me to tutorials for using html to provide the same functionality?

It doesn't scroll.


Anyway, HTML alone cannot do this.
Can you use CSS?
Can you use Flash?

Other than that, you are stuck.

I'm pretty sure I've seen Flash used in ebay shops/auctions.
