Creating an image map

Hi there...

I have a blueprint of home lots that I need to produce an image map for in asp.net 2.0

They're not square lots, in other words they're all irregular shapes.

What is the best way to do this?

Press the icon on the bottom of the Photoshop toolbar to open your image in ImageReady. Then use the Image Map tools to mark the relevant areas in your image (look at the third tool down on the left of the toolbar, and click-n-hold to see more options). In the Image Map palette, you can set the name of the image map, the URL, target, and Alt text.

When you're done, File > Save Optimized As... to create the HTML file along with the image.
