Creating an export macro

i want to create a macro that exports data from one of my tables and stores it in an excel sheet, i havent got a clue how to create macros in access can anybody help me.

Use the "Transfer Spreadsheet" or the "Transfer text" command in the Actions menu of a new macro. F1 is very helpful for these commands but write back if you get into trouble.
