You can't create a "true" (standalone) .EXE from your Paradox application, but you can use Paradox Runtime to provide your users with an environment to run your application from.
Runtime was originally developed and marketed as a separate (and far more expensive) product from Paradox. with the release of WPO 2000, however, Corel included Runtime with Professional editions of WPO (the same ones that include Paradox.
Thus, if you're using Paradox 10 or 11, you can download Runtime from Corel's FTP site. (See ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/Paradox/paradox10/unsupported for Paradox 10 and ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/Paradox/Paradox11 for Paradox 11.)
