When creating a PDF from Word or WordPerfect using the print to Adobe PDF plug-in, a user who has "standard user rights" gets the following message:
There was an error found when printing the document "C:\Documents and Settings\username\desktop\filename.doc to My Documents\*.pdf
Do you want to retry or cancel the job?"
I have read previously submitted threads and not found a clear answer to this problem.
BIG HINT: if we give the same user "administrator" rights in Windows 2000, they can print to PDF no problem. However, we do not want to do this at the PC level, as we are trying to find a way to lock down the users' accessibility.
How must we set up the rights, or which path should we be pointing at, and where is this set?
thanks for any help you can give.
