Creating Address Labels

How can I create a report with labels containing addresses that sometimes have and 2nd line address and sometimes not... so that the label will not have a blank line for addressline2 if there is no data?..

Be sure that the control for addressline2 is not touching another control and is not vertically aligned with another. Set addressline2 to shrink. This should keep a blank line from displaying.
