Creating a Week Table (Time Profile) 1

When creating a week table on a NS700, how do i associate that table to a group?

I have created table 1 in PBX Config - 2. System - 4. week table but dont know how to activate it on a group.

Go to the DDI table or DIL table and it gets assigned to the number not the group.

If you want to have different time tables for different groups you have to tenant the ddi and groups to tenants 1-8 and they will use the time table 1-8.

Is it possible to put a pre recorded greeting onto a voicemail box using the basic inbuilt voicemail on NS700?

The week table is stsem wide (by default all tennants) unless changed.

You can add a pre recorded message to a mailbox, I would suggest a OGM for that feature though.

the customer has already paid to get a professional greeting made. our salesperson had already told them to do that and i would create the mailbox to play the message

If you have the svm, you will have to use the handset and there are recorder cable that will connect the handset cord to an audio player

If you have the um card you can upload wav file

If it is an outgoing message only you can upload to disa ogm on the system

I played the recording on my laptop and held the handset to the laptop speaker. looked like a lemon in front of the client but that's what they wanted...
