Hi
Not very experienced with VPNs but understand the concept. However, I am wondering how to set up a VPN using a mobile internet connection. My scenario is as follows. A network outside with a router that has a mobile internet dongle for internet access for all connected devices. There is a remote laptop, again with a mobile internet connection.
Is is possible to setup a VPN server at one end that allows thre remnote laptop to "join" the network? The problem I foresee is that the external IP address that the "server" end has is the carriers IP address eg Vodafobe, O2 etc as opposed to its own IP address that you normally get when the router is connected via a standard broadband connection.
Thanks for any suggestions.
