Creating A VPN on a NT server with DSL, ect

I have a NT 4 server with a DSL modem.
The DSL modem is on a seperate NIC from the LAN Hub.
Currently I have 3 IP addresses thru DSL
I am looking to run 1 to 3 user vpn to this server.
I would like to keep IIS running.
I need to keep a proxy server running thru the dsl modem
I need to keep some kind of firewall between the lan and the internet.

What software / hardware would I need to do this.
I currently have IIS and MS Proxy Client running.
Is this possible in one server??
