I need help creating a summary of all of the data in a report. Essentially what I have is:

Section 1 - Location
Section 2 - Sales Person
....Detail Lines
Section 2 Footer - Summarizes a bunch of stuff for this sales person - works great! New page after this section. No problemo here, Salesperson sees their individual summaries (which they need).
Section 1 Footer - Gives an overview of all the details for the location for the time frame being reported. Again, no problem. I have a page break after each location changes.

Right now, I have a student worker go through said report and make a management summary - this shows:
Location
Sales Person <<with all the data from the G2 summary summary>>
Location <<with all the data from the G1 summary>>

Except this is very condensed, it is designed to give the store manager (and his/her VP) a quick overview of performance without having to look through very detailed reports. Ideallly, I need to do this summary at a location level AND at an entire report level. I can do this fairly easily with multiple reports and just remove the detail lines and such but the report takes approx 2 hours to run so the more I can do with one run of the report the better. Can anybody point me in a method to do this in one report?

Try a crosstab in the report header or footer. Found on the Insert menu.

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
