Creating a SubDataSheet

I have two linked tables in Access2003 that are linked to a SQL database - CustomerHeader and CustomerDetail.
I would like to be able to have CustomerDetail show as a subdata sheet within CustomerHeader.
I have created a one to many relationship in both the SQL database as well as in Access. In SQL I have specified the relationship with cascade delete definition.
I cannot specify cascade delete in Access nor can I add a subdata sheet. Both options are grayed out.

What am I missing?

I am almost positive that the subdatasheet functionality only works for native Jet databases.

You may be able to accomplish something similar using a form and subform.
