I am trying to assign a speed call list on an option 11 and unable to do so .
The list exists as 0004 and is labelle scl, scno 0004. When I assign it to a user on their
key 02 ssu 0004 it gives me sch3112?

Can anyone help with this>?
Thanks alot.

Is there a specific way I have to type this

it sounds like it's not a system speed dial list. SSU means system speeed user. try entering it as scc instead. SCC means Speed Call Controller and this allows the user to make changes to the list. Or you could assign it as SCU and then the user will just be able to access the list but not make changes.

scl

if you don't have a scl 004, either grab a vacant one or build a scl 4 in load 18.. and i always add a controller before the users.. may not need to do it in that order
