Creating a site that includes "membership login" 3

Hi,

Can anyone point me to some tutorials on how to create a dynamic site that includes member login, mailing list, etc.?

Or, does anyone know of existing software that can be integrated in an existing site to make it have these features?

What languanges are planning on using?? You can accomplish this with ASP, PHP or good old coldfusion...

Most hosts support php and it's probably the easiest language to get ready-made scripts in.
Do a google search for
"User Authorisation php scripts" and "Mailing List management scripts" and you will find lots of application which you can install.
