Creating a shortcut alias url

I'd like to have a shortcut url for my Forms 10g application so the users would not have to reference the standard url:

http://machine:port/forms/frmservlet?config=sepwin

can I create an alias in a config file somewhere so that the users can open a browser and just enter something short like formsapp which then points to the application??

Note: I just have the Forms and Reports Services installed - not the entire 10g AS.
