creating a script in VC++

hey im trying to make an application that builds a dos script based on the user's input. what are the functions/commands needed to write to an external file? at the end of this, i want to execute the script and delete it as well...

What do you mean by dos script? You mean batch file or some custom script that you are going to use with your application?

About file IO in C++, I believe that if you know C++ you are supposed to know this already. Please consult your C/C++ book again. HINT: ifstream, ofstream classes.
