Creating a response file

Hi Everyone I am trying to create a response file so I can automate my client installation. It doesn't work though.

I have been using the syntax

setup.exe -record- desitnationFile c:\whatever.rsp

Nothing happens though, I was under the impression that it would create the RSP file no matter what the outcome of the installation as soon as I ran the above command, but it doesn't.

Anyone got any ideas?
