Hi all,

I have 25 Projects running in my area at any one time, I have 75+ resources from an enterprise resource pool allocated to these projects. What I would like to be able to do, but can't find how, is to have a single view of all the projects with none of the tasks shown but with the resources allocated.

To simplify, I want to see who is working where and who needs/could be moved elsewhere. I need to be able to then send this out to the line managers.

Thanks very much!!

Hi

I recommend that you create a "Master Schedule". I have a free video in YouTube that walks you through how to create a "Master Schedule".

Go to
...or go to you YouTube and search for dtarver or " How to Create a Master Schedule with MS Project"

Regards,
Dora
