Creating a resizable round cornered panel

Ignoring the image, text etc, I would like to recreate the top-most panel at

for generic use elsewhere on the site.

There have been a number of recent posts on rounded corners, most recently: thread215-1441578.

The one you refer to uses classes applied to spans.

I actually hit the submit button a bit prematurely, but I found that I couln't get to your specific css anyway (at least from work with IE6). I'll try a closer look when I get home (and have a few more tools).
