Creating a read only email in Outlook express

I have a need to send email to staff of my company but i dont want them to be able to print or forward the email to another email account. How do i create such email. i am using Microsoft outlook express as client

You're pretty much out of luck. You're using the wrong client even to get started on this and I don't suppose you have any DRM solution in place?

And then of course there's the ability for the users to hit Print Screen and send a bmp/jpg of their screens.
