Creating a pop3 acount 1

I am totally new to Exchange 5.5. I am looking into the mail server right now. I want to set up one existing recipient with a pop3 account. I don't want to specify an NT acount at the client, just one username and a password. My question is;

Where do I specify the username and password for the pop3 acount?

The username and password is mapped to the Windows NT domain user info when you are creating the mailbox. The mailbox must have POP3 checkbox activated under Protocol tab for POP3 to work.
