Help!

I know just enough about Meridian to cause trouble. I need to add a phone to an office.

The TN is 025 0 00 03 (how do I enable it)

What is the process to add the phone, I'd like to add a m2008.

Any help is much appreciated!

Best bet is to find another TN that is setup the same way as the new phone you want

Then:
ld 23
cpy
2008
<original TN>
<new TN> ie.025 0 00 03
<new DN>

hey presto.

Thanks for the assistance!

I can't use the command CPY. When I put CPY it prompted to REQ again.

I'm using a Meridian 1 Option 11

Thanks!
Mike

type CPY 1. This copies one set. You will need a unique DN for the copied set. Do you know how to find one?

Well I deleted (by accident) a DN (615) so I'll just reuse that for now but I'd like to know how to find an available DN :)

Thanks!
Mike

dn (if you know your range put the lead # in here). if you're using DIDs make sure the numbers that come up are actually in your range)
