Creating a offline .pst file

I have a user that would like to create an offline .pst file that has all the addresses from the global address list. He wants to be able to to get e-mail addresses while writing e-mails offline like he does when he is on the network, and he thought there might be a way using a .pst file. We are using Outlook 2003 sp2.

Check Download the address book in the Offline file settings. Then it will be available offline. The first time I would check full details, it'll take a long time. Then after that I would check to download only changes.
