I'm currently using a database that has been split into a backend and then several frontends. I've now had reason to create a new table in the backend of the database, but I can't find any way of linking the frontends to the new table. When I look in database utilities/linked table manager in the frontend the new table does not appear on the list of tables available. I can't find any way of linking from the table from the backend database either. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Open the frontend database, then click on file/get external data and select link tables. Link to the backend end database. Select which tables you haven't yet linked to, then click OK.

Hope that helps.
