creating a new exchange account

This may be a simple solution, but how do I (if its possible) to create an email account for a couple of domain users. When the users were created they were not created on the server that runs our exchange server, so the option was not available at the time. Can I create email accounts on the exchange server that will tie to the accounts which were already created?

Noramlly, all users should be in AD.
In ADUC you can create mailboxes for those users.
Right-Click the user and you will see it between the Tasks.

I had to go into Exchange Tasks and remove all exchange attributes first then the create new mailbox became available.
