Currently I have 1 Forest (Forest A) with 3 Tree Domains (Domain A, Domain B, & Domain C). All servers are Windows 2000 Native. All trusts by default in this domain are two-way transitive trusts. I would like to bring on another Tree Domain in the same forest (Domain D which will be Windows 2003 in Forest A). I will leave functional levels at Windows 2000 Native for my entire forest. By default, a two-way transitive trust is created, meaning Domain D trusts Domain A,B, & C and all other domains trust Domain D, right? This is not what I would like to accomplish. Domain A is an exchange domain. I would like to create all of my users in Domain D and create only a one way trust where Domain A trusts Domain D. I do not want Domain D trusting any other domains and vice versa. How can this be accomplished without creating a NEW forest?
