Creating a New Domain and Post Office - It Can't Be This Hard!

My firm recently changed from one domain name to another. I have been wrestling with the <br>
addition of the domain and post office all week. I have the Network Press "Groupwise Admin" <br>
book, but it is not clear at all. Has someone done this?
