Creating a new admin login for CMS

Is there a way to add a new collegue into CMS. I need this person to have the same credentials that I have. Should I use Term Emulator to do such things?

My can use the terminal emulator to add a new user. User permissions|user data. Then you need to give them access using Feature Access.

You would need to be an administrator or at least have permissions to add and/or change User permissions and Feature Access.

I am looking at a VDN realtime report and I know that calls are in queue however the report is not showing this in CMS. Is there something I am missing?

Is the VDN Measured. Page one of the form. I choose both. You also need to give yourself permission to read the VDN in CMS Supervisor under User Permissions, VDN access.
