When we try save a new account we get the following error:

This record has been created since your attempt to create it.

I deleted the account out of the account index table and tried again and still get the same error.
The fix was in Document ID 6585 on the great plains website.

Since this is not working is there anything else I can do?

did you run checklinks after deleting the record from GL00105?

Have all users exit Great Plains and make a good backup. There is a table in the company database called wkPostingValidationState. You can delete that if there are no batches in Batch Recovery. Also delete anything in SY00800 in the DYNAMICS database.

Thanks!
Barb E.

Thanks for the idea, but this didn't work either.
I am going to submit a support request to Great Plains and will post the solution they give me.

Have you run Grant 7.0 yet. Also, are you using the Professional Services Tools to copy newly created accounts to another database?

This problem was a bug that was fixed with service pak 1 which I had not installed yet. The problem was some FRx triggers in the account index table (GL00105).
I just had to remove the triggers to get it to work properly again.

Thanks again for the help.
