Creating a mailbox on a Partner system

When creating a mailbox on a partner system and you start programming you press intercom 777 press 99# what does it mean when it won't let you go beyond that point? Is there another way to creat a mailbox?

What does it say when you get to that point? What password are you putting in?

It isn't letting me enter the passwork it is saying invalid command.

What type of voicemail is it exactly? Is it a Partner VM PC card(small or large)? Is it a mod. that fits in a 5-slot carrier(Partner VS or Partner Messaging)? Or is it a standalone Partner Mail?

I think it is a VS 20

If it is a VS 99# should work, but just for the heck of it try 0#. If neither of those works there may be something wrong with the mod. Are either the amber or red light on? If so there is definately something wrong.

Got that to work but now my password isn't working. Does this make any sence at all?

If 99# worked 1234 should be the password. If that doesn't work try cler(2537). If 0# worked then you probably have a Partner Messaging and the password is 123456.
