Creating a Macro in Goldsync (undocked)

I have 5 undocked users. I need to create a macro button on the toolbar called 'sync' which would allow users to simply start goldmine and push the sync button and it would sync up remotely automatically.Does anyone know the steps involved in doing this? If so can anyone walk me thru the steps to create this macro? Thanks

Here is a simple macro for a Synch which I use for my Remote users.After the synch profile is set up
Right Click toolbar and select "record Macro"
Perform the following keystrokes :
Alt F
S
Enter
F
Stop the synch process and set the macro to a button.
