creating a listserv from email field

What is the best way to create a listserv using email addresses in an Access database? We often need to send email to large groups of people in our database. One of the problems is that our mail server only allows us to send out 50 emails at one time, unless we send them out under a group. Since the email addresses are in Access and not in Outlook, we can not create a new group in Outlook to use to send the emails. I'm thinking I'll need to export/import the email addresses from Access to Outlook and then create the group within Outlook, but is there a better way to send out a legitimate email to a large group of people using their email address in Access?
