creating a linear hunt group

I have been asked to create a linear hunt group to 3 i2004 phones with a voice mail at the end if noone is available to answer them.
there will be 3 800 numbers coming into this.
I am really not sure where to start.
Have not done this kind of thing before so any direction would be greatly appreciated.
