Creating a library from Fortran

Hello,

My question is simple: I have a bunch of Fortran codes on hand. Now I want to convert these codes to a library via VC6++. All Fortran codes are functioning well. Also, the library will supposedly used by C/C++ environment.

Can anyone direct me what the procedure is?
