Creating a Hunting Group 1

How do I create a Hunt Group so that if some one calls Phone A and there is no answer the call goes to Phone B then to Phone C and if there is no answer at Phone C back to the voice mail of Phone A.

simple way is not with a hunt group, that requires a hunt group pilot which it doesn't sound like you need..

set a

chg

x x x x
echg yep
cls hta sfa fna
hunt xxxx (the dn of the next step)
fdn xxx the dn of your voice mail

then change the next phone, that would build a hunt group,,

if a is busy ring b, if b is busy ring c.. or if no one answers any station, go to mail.. you can fdn the same path, but fdn just forwards 3 times
