Creating a ghost image of a RAID 5

Hi, Does anyone have a good method for creating a ghost image of a RAID 5 set? Or a good utility to do so with? I know drive image and Norton ghost don't work.

Altiris Deployment Server works. I've used it with HP Servers in the past.

We make images of raid 0+1 no prob. I havent tried raid 5 we usually just back it to tape. If you find you cant do it with drive image or ghost maybe try symantecs product Livestate Server or Advanced i believe that will do it.
