Creating a forum

Hi!!

I am helping a church organization for youth to create a website. however, there is two things I do not know how to do:
1. Create a forum (no need to be secured, anyone can
go into this forum and discus.
2. Create a guestbook(for viewing and signing)

Look under 'Message board' and 'Guestbooks'. There are free code that you can customize to your need.
