Creating a Form To Send Email To Me(NEWBIE) 1

Hello,

I've created a feedback form on a webpage. I'm attempting to have the form send an email to myself with the form results. Unfortunately, I've never done this before. I've downloaded the FP Server Extensions and stuff, but I don't know how to setup the server to send emails.

Where would I get the information from that it's asking me. Server email address, SMTP address, etc.?
