creating a form footer, using vba

i have written a vba module that dynamically creates a form. my problem is that the page is broken up with page breaks, and i want buttons placed in a form footer to navigate between the page breaks. i cant work out how to create a button in the footer, or create a footer using vba code. any help is appreciated.
