Anyone know of a easy way to create a manual font book so that I can print it out and show to customers???

Download this little freeware app from versiontracker.com: FontParade

To select all fonts, rather than collections, just click on the first font in the All Fonts panel, scroll to bottom and shift click the last. This will select all to print.

You'll do better printing a pdf. Then, if you need it on paper, print from the pdf. Of course, it's probably easier just to send the pdf of the fonts to clients.
