Hi,
I would like to create a text file of the report after it is opened. I tried to save as text but the user does not want all the headers and footers. They use the text file for an input to another system. Is there a way that I can create a process that is triggered by the report to save the same data to a text file on a local drive?

Thanks

Mo

There are 2 User Function Libraries (that I'm aware of) that can do what you are looking for:

Hi,
Try exporting as a CSV or Excel ( Data Only) file..

Or design a version that does not have the unwanted objects.
