Do you mean utilising the report header?

Please xplain more - your query is not clear...

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question

Yes. What I need is to include a header based off of the fields in the report:

Line 1: sum (field1)
Line 2: sum (field2)
Line 3: Count (emps)

Date & Time

Thanks a bunch!!

You need to place a textbox in teh main body of the report to hold the data you want to display in the header - set it to v small size and width and make it invisible

you then need to reference this textbox from a textbox in the report header using the ReportItems collection available in the expression editor
