Creating a discussion forum

I would like to create a forum for my website. I want it to look quite proffesional and so have chosen not to use a free one provided by a web services site (because they're full of adverts).

How do I create one in Frontpage? I know about using the discussion web wizard, but my webspace server does not support it, so I have to do it another way. Can anyone help?

from what i can tell this forum is good and i dont remember them having adverts, and if their are any then the adverts can be removed (shhhh) You end up with the full forum downloaded, in asp...

Else you can use databases
