hi,yup, me again.
Okay, I'm going on assumption again, but if I want to create a discussion forum, Do I use fileSystemObject and text documents? or is there a better way. I just need someone to lead me down the right path.
thanks

Use a database!!!!
Preferably an Access one, which is easy to use if you are not familiar with databases!

check out
forum.snitz.com

or is it
forums.snitz.com

open source, ASP - very nice...

I thought an access database would not work because of the amount of information. I will check it out and the forums.snitz.com.
I was looking at 4guysfromrolla but they are out of my league. I've got a heavy learning curve
thanks
