I have a bat file that contains db2 commands that will create a database. I tried executing the bat file from CLP by entering "MyDb2Cmds.bat" with no success.

Does anyone know how I can execute the batch file from CLP?

Environment
===========
Windows NT
DB2 v7.1 fixpac DWC_WR21254

Thanks in advance for any help.

Can you give me the exact sytax of your batch file? You should be able to run it from a CLP, but there may be some problems with how you are calling db2 functions.

Got the following solution from another forum:

Open a DOS command prompt instead of CLP
Enter db2cmd MyDb2Cmds.bat

Seems to work fine.

Thanks....
