Hi,
I have installed MSDE and have installed the provided sample databases using the supplied scripts.
My next question is:
Is there a 'visual' tool I can use to create a new database, or do I have to generate a script by entering all information manually ?.
Also: Does SQL Server 2000 provide such a tool ?.
TIA...

SQL 2000 has a couple of good tools. The firsat is the Enterprise Manager. It's a graphical tool where you set up everything for your db.

The second is Query Analyzer, where you create all your queries and stored procedures.

To find graphical tools for MSDE do a search for MSDE on google. There seems to be lots of tools. Some free, some cost money.

Try MS Access as MSDE front-end...
