Creating a custom report

I need to create a custom report in Goldmine where I take a break down of Successful Calls and Unsuccessful Calls By User By Date and give it a breakdown based on the Source:

Here is an example:

John Smith 2/1/05 - 2/28/05

Successful Calls - 123
Book of Lists - 50
Call In - 50
Newspaper AD - 23

and do the same thing for Unsuccessful calls.

Any ideas on how to do this?
