Creating a CSV file of Calendar Events for Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to create a program to export calendar events from my website into a csv file that can be imported into Outlook. However, I can't find any specifications documents. Does anyone know where I could find this? For example what field names to use, how to create recurring events and so on.

I have a csv file with calendar events from outlook and I can try and follow that, but I would really rather some sort of specification from Microsoft so I know I am doing it right.
