Creating a company wide public address book?

Is it possiable to create an addressbook which contains e-mail address of people outside of the company in exchange? I know there is the Global Address List but items created in there are actual users in Exchange. All I want is something like the .pab file from outlook express but globaly avaliable to all users on my exchange server.

Yes, you can accomplish this. I recommend you to create a recipients container called External Addresses or something. In that container you can create Custom Recipients for each user you have that you want to see in the Global Address List.
