Creating a chart based on a query

Dear ALL:

I have a query which has name of the ministiries and the total of contribution from different donors.
I need to transfer this query into a chart with total percentage contribution.
I tried Insert chart option on a form and it is not working the way I want
Please I need your valuable advices...
